What to send for this project

For beverage packaging, provide the drink type, filling and storage conditions, target fill, closure and required evaluation criteria. Juice, cold brew, kombucha and sparkling drinks each need a clearly stated process and storage brief. For brewery projects, include the filling-line neck and cap requirements in the enquiry.

Buying decisions

Plan the details that affect the order

The drink name is only the beginning.

Explain how the beverage is filled, closed, stored and used. Include the conditions the packaging must satisfy. This gives the bottle discussion a clear starting point without assuming that one visual format is appropriate for every drink.

Keep special process requirements explicit.

If the project involves pressure, temperature, fermentation, light exposure or a particular reuse plan, state the requirement. A concept image and a clear-glass material description do not establish performance. Request evaluation for the chosen bottle-and-closure system.

Keep beverage applications distinct.

Describe the actual filling, closing and storage requirements for juice, cold brew and other drinks. For brewery projects, include the specific neck and cap details and keep each selected bottle-and-closure system tied to its own approval brief.

Customization & decoration

Clear glass, surface finishes and molded detail

The glass material is colorless and transparent. Plain-bottle finishing options include screen printing, decals, adhesive labels, spray coating and frosting. Specify coated colors as a surface treatment on clear glass. Raised or recessed glass details must be designed into the mold and formed during bottle production.

  • Provide the artwork size, position and chosen surface treatment.
  • Keep molded glass features separate from decoration applied to an existing plain bottle.
  • Confirm the selected bottle, component and finish references together.
Quality & manufacturing

Consistent, batch after batch

Every bottle passes process-controlled forming and annealing, with inline checks and final sampling to keep wall thickness, finish and appearance consistent. Tell us your product and we will confirm the right glass type and packing.

  • Process-controlled forming and annealing
  • Inline checks plus final batch sampling
  • Wall thickness, finish and appearance verified

Purchasing questions

Questions about this project

How do juice and cold-brew enquiries differ?

Describe the actual beverage, filling method, closure and storage requirements for each product. The drink name does not replace the process information needed to select and evaluate the packaging.

Do clear bottles automatically satisfy pressure or temperature requirements?

No such general claim is made. State the intended conditions and request evaluation of the selected bottle and closure for the project.

Where should a brewery begin?

Provide the beverage and filling-process requirements, neck and cap references, label area, storage conditions and packing needs. State any pressure or reuse requirements for evaluation.

What should be confirmed before ordering beverage packaging?

Connect the bottle drawing, closure version, filling and storage requirements, artwork, sample review scope and packing specification to the same order brief.

Which glass material and surface finishes are offered?

The glass material is colorless and transparent. Screen printing, decals, labels, spray coating and frosting are surface options; define the artwork and treatment areas separately from the bottle specification.

Which beverage requirements belong in the sample request?

Send the drink and filling conditions, target fill, selected cap and neck references, storage needs and required evaluation criteria. Identify the packing arrangement and requested sample-review scope.
