Custom Perfume Glass Bottles
A perfume pack is an assembly: bottle, pump, cap and artwork.
What to send for this project
Define a perfume bottle together with the pump and cap. Provide target fill, body geometry, neck specification, component references and decoration artwork. Compare round and square designs using their front-panel, orientation and assembled-pack requirements.
Plan the details that affect the order
Review the assembled silhouette.
A cap can change the apparent height and proportions of a perfume pack. Supply front and side references showing the bottle with the intended pump and cap, not just the bare glass. Keep the component references linked to the same drawing revision.
Choose round or square for a reason.
A round body raises questions about artwork orientation and label wrap. A square body introduces a front face, side depth and corner treatment. Record those differences on the drawing and include the assembled pump and cap in the reference.
Make the branding route explicit.
For plain clear glass, choose between screen printing, decals, adhesive labels, spray coating and frosting. Mark the artwork and treated areas on the bottle reference. Raised or recessed glass detail requires a mold decision before bottle production.

Clear glass, surface finishes and molded detail
The glass material is colorless and transparent. Plain-bottle finishing options include screen printing, decals, adhesive labels, spray coating and frosting. Specify coated colors as a surface treatment on clear glass. Raised or recessed glass details must be designed into the mold and formed during bottle production.
- Provide the artwork size, position and chosen surface treatment.
- Keep molded glass features separate from decoration applied to an existing plain bottle.
- Confirm the selected bottle, component and finish references together.
Consistent, batch after batch
Every bottle passes process-controlled forming and annealing, with inline checks and final sampling to keep wall thickness, finish and appearance consistent. Tell us your product and we will confirm the right glass type and packing.
- Process-controlled forming and annealing
- Inline checks plus final batch sampling
- Wall thickness, finish and appearance verified

Questions about this project
What changes between round and square perfume bottle briefs?
A round body needs diameter and artwork-orientation references. A square body needs width, depth, front-panel and corner references. Both should show the bottle with the selected pump and cap.
Can a pump be selected after the bottle is finalized?
It is better to include the intended component in the initial brief so the bottle neck and assembled appearance can be reviewed together.
Can perfume bottles have a frosted surface?
Yes. Frosting is an available surface treatment on colorless transparent glass. Specify the intended treated areas and review the appearance with the selected bottle, pump and cap.
Which finishes can be used for a perfume bottle?
Screen printing, decals, adhesive labels, spray coating and frosting are available for plain clear-glass bottles. Hot foil and metallisation are not offered.
Can a raised glass logo be added to a finished perfume bottle?
A raised or recessed glass feature must be designed into the mold and formed during bottle production. Use a surface decoration method for an existing plain bottle.
What should be compared on the assembled perfume sample?
Record the bottle, neck, pump and cap versions, assembled height, clearances and artwork position. State which fit and dispensing checks the sample represents.
