Custom Vodka Glass Bottles
Make the clear-glass profile and branding area work as one design.
What to send for this project
For vodka packaging, send the target fill, body and shoulder reference, closure, intended label or printed artwork, quantity and destination. Specify whether the required effect comes from bottle geometry, molded detail, frosting, spray coating or artwork applied to plain clear glass.
Plan the details that affect the order
Choose the silhouette before placing the artwork.
Record the height, footprint and body reference that matter to the brand. Tall, round or angular shapes create different artwork surfaces and packing arrangements. Keep the preferred appearance tied to a controlled drawing rather than an unspecified product photo.
Plan the clear, frosted or coated areas.
The glass material is colorless and transparent. Frosting changes the surface appearance; spray coating is a surface treatment on clear glass. Mark the areas intended for labels, screen printing or decals and review transitions and placement on a sample.
Match the closure to the bottling brief.
Supply the cap or stopper reference, bottle neck information and any filling-line constraints. Identify the components included in the quote and agree the assembly checks. Similar-looking necks should not be treated as proof that a closure will fit.

Vodka branding surfaces

Clear glass, surface finishes and molded detail
The glass material is colorless and transparent. Plain-bottle finishing options include screen printing, decals, adhesive labels, spray coating and frosting. Specify coated colors as a surface treatment on clear glass. Raised or recessed glass details must be designed into the mold and formed during bottle production.
- Provide the artwork size, position and chosen surface treatment.
- Keep molded glass features separate from decoration applied to an existing plain bottle.
- Confirm the selected bottle, component and finish references together.
Consistent, batch after batch
Every bottle passes process-controlled forming and annealing, with inline checks and final sampling to keep wall thickness, finish and appearance consistent. Tell us your product and we will confirm the right glass type and packing.
- Process-controlled forming and annealing
- Inline checks plus final batch sampling
- Wall thickness, finish and appearance verified

Questions about this project
Is frosted vodka packaging made from colored glass?
The glass material offered here is colorless and transparent. Frosting is a surface treatment; spray coating is also a surface process and should be specified separately from the glass material.
Should I specify the bottle shape or the label first?
Provide both references together, then confirm the body drawing before final artwork placement. Curvature, shoulders and available presentation area affect the layout.
Can part of the bottle remain clear?
Mark the intended clear and treated areas in the artwork or finish brief. Ask for review of the proposed process and an appearance sample before confirming the final scope.
Do you offer hot foil or metallised vodka bottles?
Hot foil and metallisation are not offered. Discuss screen printing, decals, adhesive labels, spray coating or frosting for the plain clear-glass bottle instead.
Can one screw cap fit several vodka bottle designs?
Confirm each selected neck-and-cap pairing using its references and assembly requirements. Visual similarity does not establish interchangeability.
What should I send for a vodka packaging quote?
Send target fill, shape and closure references, artwork size, chosen surface treatment, quantity per version, packing requirements and destination.
