Custom Whiskey Glass Bottles
Plan the bottle profile, stopper and presentation face together.
What to send for this project
For a custom whiskey bottle, provide the target fill, silhouette reference, neck and stopper requirements, artwork area, quantity and destination. Start with an existing clear-glass shape or a new mold brief, then review the bottle and closure as a paired pack before ordering.
Plan the details that affect the order
Choose the profile around the complete pack.
Show the preferred body proportions, shoulder and base in a reference image or drawing. Include shelf and carton constraints where relevant. A heavy-looking base is a design preference; confirm the actual drawing and bottle weight for the selected design.
Keep the stopper relationship visible.
Provide a stopper reference together with the proposed neck. Record the assembled height and any overcap or shoulder clearance requirements. Bottle appearance alone does not establish the fit of a bar-top stopper or screw cap.
Reserve the artwork and molded-detail areas.
Mark the front and back presentation faces before approving the drawing. A raised or recessed glass emblem belongs in the mold before bottle production. Screen printing, decals, labels, spray coating and frosting follow a separate surface-finishing brief.

Whiskey pack decisions

Clear glass, surface finishes and molded detail
The glass material is colorless and transparent. Plain-bottle finishing options include screen printing, decals, adhesive labels, spray coating and frosting. Specify coated colors as a surface treatment on clear glass. Raised or recessed glass details must be designed into the mold and formed during bottle production.
- Provide the artwork size, position and chosen surface treatment.
- Keep molded glass features separate from decoration applied to an existing plain bottle.
- Confirm the selected bottle, component and finish references together.
Consistent, batch after batch
Every bottle passes process-controlled forming and annealing, with inline checks and final sampling to keep wall thickness, finish and appearance consistent. Tell us your product and we will confirm the right glass type and packing.
- Process-controlled forming and annealing
- Inline checks plus final batch sampling
- Wall thickness, finish and appearance verified

Questions about this project
Can I start from an existing whiskey bottle shape?
Send a clear reference and identify which proportions matter. Ask for an existing-shape option and a new-mold option separately so tooling, sample scope and quantity requirements can be compared.
Does a substantial base determine the bottle specification?
No. Confirm the dimensions, fill definition and weight in the selected drawing; a photograph does not replace these details.
Which stopper information should accompany the enquiry?
Send the stopper or cap reference, bottle neck details and the intended assembled appearance. Agree the fit and assembly checks for that pair.
Can a raised glass emblem be added after the bottle is made?
Raised or recessed glass detail must be formed through the mold during bottle production. Plain bottles can instead receive screen printing, decals, adhesive labels, spray coating or frosting.
What should be checked on a decorated whiskey sample?
Connect the bottle drawing, stopper version, artwork position and surface treatment to the same sample reference. Record any remaining approvals before production.
How should a whiskey bottle quotation be broken down?
Request separate lines for bottles, closures, decoration, any tooling or samples, packing and delivery terms. Include quantity per design and destination.
